In the lead up to Brexit marches will take place each Saturday, they are anticipated to be held in London’s West End. The protesters gather in Trafalgar Square, a decision will be made on the day where the march and protest will take place.
Numbers of attendees are anticipated to be under 100 each week but please check for updates as this figure may change. Police are aware and will be attending each week.
Protesters will be wearing yellow hi-visibility jackets. Recent protests have been spontaneous, so please be aware that the movements cannot be anticipated. Last week saw the group block the road at Piccadilly Circus on Saturday 16th February.
Due to the unpredictability of the direction for the protesters, it is recommended that members use radio’s for updates from the Heart of London Street Management team. All members can sign up to our Safer West End business partnership to get detailed crime prevention advice. Contact Ed Thornhill for more information if you are not already signed up to a radio and the DISC platform.
