Westminster Business Council and David Miller Architects invite you to their third Social Value business breakfast, which will be held on Friday 10 May 2019, and sponsored by Landsec.

The breakfast seminar will explore what social value means for the UK housing sector and what steps are being taken in the capital to use social value to future-proof housing and regeneration.

Sustainability is an essential factor in successful designs; incorporating social value goals from the very start of every project which ensures individuals and communities can achieve higher levels of wellbeing.

From the panel of experts, you will learn what is required of you from leading London councils, what developers and clients require from their supply chain to design and build responsibly, and take away ideas to create more social value in your housing and regeneration projects.
