There will be live music in the St James’s Market pavilion every Thursday from 5:30pm -7:00pm throughout November and December for everyone to enjoy. A wide range of instruments will play from acoustic guitars, a harpist, jazz and acapella choirs.

One of the first bands to play will be The David Delarre Trio AKA The Diminished Quartet.

The Diminished Quartet present their own unique sound, offering a fun and welcoming mix of gypsy jazz and Latin standards. This highly talented Gypsy Jazz trio has a wealth of experience performing at festivals, corporate events and weddings across the UK; so whether you’re looking for some lively music in the afternoon or something to get those toes tapping in the evening, The Django Rags have got it covered.

The line-up consists of lead guitar, rhythm guitar and double bass for a big sound that will undoubtedly bring a smile to your face. The Diminished Quartet (AKA David Delarre Trio) is resident at The Hurlingham Club and have been featured by many of The Capitol’s exclusive hotels including: The Dorchester, The Savoy & The Mandarin Oriental as well as Hotel Scribe in Paris.
