In its second year, the Charity half marathon is taking place involving 13,000 runners. The route will run past some of London’s most iconic and quirky landmarks throughout Westminster and the City of London. The event is owned and managed by the Charity ‘Tommy’s’ and is also supporting a further 150 charity partners, with an overall fundraising target of £4 million. The Lord Mayor will be starting the event.

This is a high impact event.

2:30am – 8:00am – Road closures per sector implemented
8:50am – Waterloo Bridge closed
9:30am – First wave of runners starts
10:17am – Last wave of runners start
10:32am – First runner finishes
2:18pm – Slowest runner finishes
12:30 – 6:00pm – Phased re-opening of roads
