This is a two terrace, two cinema plan. Additional stewards and promotional staff will be available to assist visitors way find around the Square.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
- 10:00 on east terrace
- 14:00 Crowd pens filled
- 16:00 Lockdown of east and north terrace (additional staff on site to assist with directional information)
- 17:30 Talent arrivals
- 19:35 Seated by time at Odeon
- 19:45 Seated by time at Cineworld
- 21:55 Finish time at Odeon
- 20:05 Finish time at Cineworld
- 24:00 de-rig complete
100% tables and chairs suspensions are applied to:
- Moon Under the Water
- Costa Coffee
- Bella Italia (East terrace)
- Chiquito’s
- Pizza Hut
- Burger King
- Maison Du Mezze (North Terrace)
- Angus Steakhouse (North Terrace)
50% suspensions are applied to:
- TGI Friday
