The premiere for Victoria and Abdul will take place on Tuesday 5 September at the Odeon Cinema and the east terrace of Leicester Square.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
- 10:00 Phased installation of barriers, set up begins
- 16:00 Barrier lockdown
- 18:00 Guest and talent arrivals begin
- 19:00 All guests seated
- 19:30 De-rig begins
- 21:25 Film finishes, all guests depart
- 23:00 Site clear
100% tables and chairs suspensions are applied to:
- TGI Friday
- Moon Under the Water
- Costa Coffee
- Bella Italia (East Terrace)
- Chiquito’s
- Pizza Hut
50% suspensions are applied to:
- Hampshire Hotel
- Hampshire Champagne Bar
