West End LIVE is presented by Westminster City Council, Society of London Theatre and Magic Radio with support from the Mayor of London. Heart of London are also proud friend sponsors of the weekend long festival.
The FREE annual musical extravaganza, will be taking over Trafalgar Square on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 June – with even more free events and activities taking place in Leicester Square, London’s home of entertainment.
This is a Low Impact event.

- Attendance across the two days is expected to be approximately 80,000 people
- The Council’s production partner is Underbelly
- The event will be stewarded by SFM
- Pall Mall East will be closed from 8:00am on Saturday and 9:00am on Sunday until 8:00pm both days

Celebrating the very best of London’s top shows, West End Live will feature an impressive musical line up of performances, singalongs and workshops from 26 shows including longstanding favourites such as Thriller Live and The Phantom of the Opera and and high energy newcomers such the Strictly Ballroom The Musical and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie.
To make the most of the day, revellers can buy last minute and discounted tickets to see the shows in their entirety at numerous locations including London Theatre Bookings and TKTS located in Leicester Square.Alternatively, they can head to the Theatre Café on nearby Shaftsbury Avenue, which is hosting an evening after party on Saturday night.
Just minutes from West End Live, many of the Leicester Square restaurants are offering great value set menus including three-dishes for £20 at the contemporary Mexican and Peruvian Leicester Square Kitchen, or two-courses for £14.95 at the Heliot Steak House. While Leicester Square’s Icon Bar has a Laurent-Perrier Champagne pop-up and on Panton Street, the Japan Centre’s ‘Sample Saturday’ event (16 June), will enable customers to experience a free taste of Japan from 11am-4pm.
