Jubilee weekend

From Thursday 2 June to Sunday 5 June there will be several events taking place in Central London to commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

THURSDAY 2 JUNE
The Queen’s Birthday Parade, Trooping the Colour

Over 1,400 parading soldiers, 200 horses and 400 musicians will come together in the traditional parade to mark The Queen’s official birthday.

The parade will begin at Buckingham Palace, move down The Mall to Horse Guard’s Parade and will close with a RAF fly-past.

10:00am – 2:00pm

SATURDAY 4 JUNE
Platinum Party at the Palace & Jermyn Street Party

On Saturday 4 June, the Queen’s Platinum party will take place from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Buckingham Palace. For further information, click here.

SUNDAY 5 JUNE
The Platinum Jubilee Pageant

On Sunday 5 June, a variety of performers will unite to tell the story of the Queen’s 70-year reign.

Road Closures include Victoria Embankment, Parliament Street, Whitehall, Spring gardens, horse Guards’ Parade Ground, The Mall, birdcage Walk, Great George Street, St James’ Park, Green Park and Hyde Park.
