In order to drive footfall to the West End at this critically reopening phase, we collaborated with our neighbours at New West End Company to deliver a joined up #MyWestEnd campaign in partnership with Global Media.

This campaign comprised of radio spots on Heart FM and Capital FM, Digital 48 sheets across London which ran over a two week period from 24 August – 7 September, and is ongoing on our digital channels.

Listeners on both stations also entered a competition to win an ultimate day out in the West End which will be tailored to them personally.

To further amplify the #MyWestEnd messaging, we promoted West End itineraries to support the campaign through the use of dedicated social media assets. These have been supported on our partner channels and are being promoted as part of our organic and paid social media activity on out ongoing London West End channel activity.

Heart of London in partnership with New West End Company will continue to develop this campaign seasonally providing opportunities for members to get involved.
