Appointing someone else to vote as a proxy

The person entitled to vote in the BID ballot may appoint someone else to vote on his or her behalf as their proxy. A proxy can be appointed no later than 5pm on Saturday 7 March 2020.

An application to appoint a proxy must be made by downloading the proxy form. Please complete and return the proxy form to bids@cesvotes.com before 5pm on Saturday 7 March.

Replacement ballot papers

If your ballot paper is lost or still not received, please inform us urgently on 020 7734 4507 so that replacement papers can be issued 11-13 March – we only have one opportunity to issue replacements, so please let us know right away.
