The Exchange Meeting review
Thank you to our members and partners that attended the Exchange meeting on Tuesday 29 January 2019. Below is a review of the key discussion points and actions.
Heart of London Marketing update:
Mark Williams, Heart of London, provided an update on the new Marketing team structure, with a Senior Marketing Manager for each BID area. Mark gave an update on last year’s activity and results, as well as an insight into the Marketing team activity for the next two months.

Area performance insights:
Kyle Monk, Head of Insights, provided an update on area performance, asking attendees for feedback and whether members had any additional information they would like included in the update.

UK Power Networks (UKPN) Update:
Liam O’Sullivan, UKPN gave a presentation on the upcoming sub-station work in Leicester Square. The start date of the works is currently under review with discussions ongoing for February 2020 or February 2021. Heart of London will be working closely with UKPN for regular engagement and updates before and during the works.
Westminster City Council:
Finton Romana, WCC reiterated how to report Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), indicating that Heart of London are working closely with the Police and WCC to deal with long-term issues.
